Rococo Homes, a division of the Rococo Group of Companies, builds high quality, yet affordable custom homes throughout the Capital Region. Rococo Homes’ primary focus is to complete custom builds, renovations, and infill projects to our customer’s specifications and wishes.

Rococo has garnered a reputation for innovative designs and quality construction. We stay ahead of changing building codes and regulations, efficiency standards, and design innovations to produce a dream home that exceeds our customer’s expectations today and into the future. Our long standing relationships with suppliers combined with the best staff the industry has to offer ensures that high quality standards are maintained. We focus on quality, not quantity.

Since 2007, Rococo has been recognized for their achievements in home building by winning several awards from the Canadian Home Building Association. Rococo is a member of the Better Business Bureau and National New Home Warranty Program.

As part of our advanced building technologies, our homes are third-party certified through Built Green Canada’s sustainable building programs. This certification takes a holistic approach that addresses energy efficiency and then goes beyond to include the preservation of natural resources, reduction of pollution, ventilation and air quality, and the improvement of home durability. We are a builder that goes above code requirements to build better, more sustainable homes, leaving more for future generations to enjoy.
