After collecting all of the relevant data, we construct a comprehensive strategy that considers the entire scope of the task, including an estimated timeline and budget. Signing an agreement and moving on to the next stage of the project is the next logical step after going over the information package together and reaching that conclusion.

Working drawings, plans, and the final material selection will be made together with the schedule and budget during this phase. Together with you, we collaborate on every step of the design process and implementation of our recommended specialists and consultants to bring your idea to life. We will submit a Building Permit application and create a revised timeline and budget once the blueprints are finished. In this manner, we can dissect everything beforehand, preventing any missteps along the road.
