Bro-Built Homes began operations in early 2008. Founded by brothers Chris and Kurt Zolmer, this family business is modeled around the same principles and values that the brothers were brought up to believe in.

At Bro-Built Homes, we feel that working ”hands on” and limiting the number of homes we build allows our passion for detail and focus on value to be realized. It is our greatest ambition to create lasting relationships with our clients and attain new business opportunities through referrals from satisfied customers and by exceeding client expectations. At Bro-Built Homes it is our goal to produce a product that our clients are truly proud to call their home, and that we, as their builder, are just as proud to have built!
